Digital Strategy Fund (DSF) Special Initiative for Core Grant Recipients Outcomes Survey FAQs

The Canada Council for the Arts is gathering information to help understand and demonstrate the outcomes of its funding programs. This is why the Council is asking successful grant recipients to fill out a brief survey about the impact of Digital Strategy Fund grants.  This will provide the Council with a blueprint for collecting data on the outcomes of its investments to artists, groups and organizations that support the digital transformation of the arts sector.

Please note that the completion of this survey is mandatory, and is considered as part of the granting process.

Survey responses will help the Canada Council gather information to measure and demonstrate the outcomes of its Digital Strategy Fund. This will be demonstrated through qualitative and quantitative data on the Council’s Stats and Stories page, the Annual Report, and its website.

Data will only be reported at an aggregate level, by program. It will not be shared with peer assessment committees, nor will it be used in the assessment of future applications.
