Request For Proposals

As required in Council’s Procurement Policy, the purchase of goods and/or services valued at greater than $50,000 must go through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to solicit quotations from several suppliers in response to written terms of reference. The Canada Council uses CanadaBuys to post all RFP’s. Click on the link provided below to view and order the complete RFP documents from CanadaBuys. When an amendment is issued, CanadaBuys will automatically notify suppliers of the change to the RFP.

Please note that if you choose to download the RFP document directly from our website, it is your responsibility to verify regularly for any amendments or additional information that may be updated or added to the RFP.

There are currently no Request for Proposals. Please check back for new opportunities.
