Request For Proposals
As required in Council’s Procurement Policy, the purchase of goods and/or services valued at greater than $50,000 must go through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to solicit quotations from several suppliers in response to written terms of reference. Research, Evaluation and Performance Measurement Services
The Canada Council for the Arts seeks to contract professional services in research, evaluation, and performance measurement to support its RMDA (Research, Measurement and Data Analytics) Section. The goals are to augment capacity and expertise for large-scale and longitudinal projects, foster a culture of open data and methodological innovation, especially for complex datasets and analytics, and maintain agility in responding to emerging priorities like AI, sustainability, and digital transformation. Projects must be guided by values of decolonization, capacity building, practicality, relevance, and ethics, and should support decision-making, accountability, and innovation in Canada’s arts sector. Services may include full end‑to‑end projects, modular components of research work, or supporting tasks.
