We would like to hear from you about accessibility regarding our services, granting programs and processes. Submit your feedback by filling out the online form below.

In order to foster constructive communication and maintain a safe and respectful space, inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and will therefore not receive a response.

We can arrange to receive other forms of communication, including ASL and LSQ, to accommodate people who are Deaf or who are living with disabilities.

How will we respond to your feedback?

To respond to your feedback about accessibility, we will:

  1. Strive to acknowledge receipt of your feedback within 3 working days of receiving it.
  2. Respond to your feedback within 30 working days, where possible.
  3. Communicate with you using the same format (phone, mail or email) and language (English or French) you used originally. If requested, we can arrange to communicate through other forms of communication, including ASL and LSQ, to accommodate people who are Deaf or who are living with disabilities.
  4. Contact you if any other details are needed to respond to your feedback.

We will not be able to respond to anonymous feedback, but progress reports summarizing the feedback we received about accessibility and how it was considered by the Council will be made available on this website.
