peer assessor

The Canada Council for the Arts peer assessors are individuals who are invited to join peer assessment committees to evaluate applications and nominations for grants, prizes and strategic funds in the arts, culture, social sciences and humanities. The Council engages peer assessors to provide relevant knowledge and expertise. Peer assessors may be artists, arts workers, Knowledge Keepers, Elders, academics and individuals who bring a range of types of experience to the assessment process.
