1. Receiving Application Results and Feedback

1.1 Receiving Application Results

Applicants and nominators receive their results by email, including feedback and scores.

  • Successful applicants receive their scores, along with details about their funding award.
  • Unsuccessful applicants get a detailed breakdown of scores by criteria.
  • Ineligible applicants receive an email explaining the reasons why they are ineligible.

The system may also provide links to helpful resources and more information about the assessment process.

1.2 Access Application Feedback

In that same results email, you’ll also find:

  • your scores across the assessment criteria
  • comments from assessors (if available), highlighting strengths and areas for improvement
  • helpful links to additional resources

This feedback is provided to help you better understand the decision and strengthen future applications.

2. How to reapply if unsuccessful

2.1 Submitting a New Application

You can’t re-submit the same application, but you can start a new one using the feedback you received. Be sure to review application limits to understand when you’re eligible to apply again—this is shown on the Funding Opportunity screen (Maximum Applications per Calendar Year field).

If your application is unsuccessful or ineligible, you’ll receive an email with links to the deadline results page. This will help you plan your next steps.
