Request For Proposals

As required in Council’s Procurement Policy, the purchase of goods and/or services valued at greater than $25,000 must go through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to solicit quotations from several suppliers in response to written terms of reference. The Canada Council uses MERX to post all RFP’s. Click on the link provided below to view and order the complete RFP documents from MERX. When an amendment is issued, MERX will automatically notify suppliers of the change to the RFP.

Analysis and technical assessment of CADAC

CADAC invites individual consultants and consulting firms, Canadian and non-Canadian with expertise in IT web solutions, specifically requirements analysis and technical assessments of web-based applications in a governmental environment, to submit proposals  to the Canada Council for the Arts. The selected Firm would conduct a technical analysis of the CADAC Application, to produce a final report that will include punctual and actionable recommendations, along with options and pros and cons for each.
