Tip #10—Apply any time of year for Digital Literacy initiatives under 50K

You may have only just started your digital journey, and you’re unsure where to go next. Or you may have a digital opportunity or challenge in mind that you want to explore further.

If you’re looking for a way forward on your digital journey, you next step might be to improve your digital literacy.

The Digital Literacy and Intelligence component:

This component offers a year-long open deadline for requests that are under 50k. In particular, it supports early engagement with strategic digital knowledge in the arts community.

Requests for Digital Literacy under 50k are internally assessed, so you don’t have to wait as long for the results. It also means you can apply at any time—and there is no limit to the number of requests you can submit.

Different ways to approach the Digital Literacy and Intelligence component for requests under 50k:

For initiatives submitted to the open deadline, you can:

  • submit multiple requests for different activities;
  • begin an activity and request for additional support to scale it up; and
  • use the grant to conduct preliminary research for a request to other components of the Digital Strategy Fund.
