application deadline date

An application deadline date is a date by which an application must be submitted.

Generally, for project grants and composite grants, the portal opens 2 months before an application deadline date and for core grants, it opens 3 months before the deadline. You can only start your project after the application deadline date has passed. If you miss a deadline date, you will have to wait until the portal starts accepting applications for the next application deadline date.
