Grant recipients must complete and submit a final report form to the Canada Council as required by the terms and conditions of the grant.
If you identify as Deaf or as having a disability (including living with mental illness) and require assistance in preparing your final report, see Application Assistance.
Final reports enable us to ensure that the funded project has taken place, provide valuable information about the artistic sector, and help us measure and demonstrate the impact of the grants we administer.
The deadline for the final report is indicated in the grant acknowledgement letter.
It is the responsibility of the grant recipient to submit reports on time. If a grant recipient has an overdue final report, subsequent grant payments will be withheld until the outstanding final report is submitted and approved.
