Final report

If you've received a grant, you must submit a final report on how you used it. The deadline for the final report is indicated in your grant notification letter. In most cases you don't have to submit a final report for prize or award funds.

Note: all overdue final reports must be submitted and approved before you are eligible to apply for another Canada Council grant.

The following pdf forms are not "fillable" on the computer screen. You must download them, complete them by hand and submit them by mail to the Canada Council.

Travel Grants for Aboriginal Collaborative Projects

The Travel Grants for Aboriginal Collaborative Projects program provides support for Aboriginal artists to travel to collaborate with another Aboriginal artist in a traditional or contemporary artistic practice. This is a multidisciplinary program that is open to individual Aboriginal artists, arts groups, artists’ collectives and arts organizations.

Audience and Market Development Travel Grants

Audience and Market Development Travel Grants assist Canadian professional artists to develop their careers and reach new audiences and markets in Canada and internationally. Audience and Market Development is a cross-disciplinary program; it provides travel grants to promote knowledge and appreciation of Canadian arts and to give Canadian and foreign audiences ongoing access to professional Canadian artists and their works.

The Emergency component is intended solely for organizations that are already receiving Multi-Year grants from the Grants to Media Arts Organizations program. This program assists Canadian individual music professionals, groups or small ensembles in travelling on occasions important to their artistic and career development. Book Publishing Support: Translation Grants

This program provides grants for the translation of published literary works written by Canadian authors. Translation must be into French, English or an Aboriginal language for publication in Canada. Only publishers currently receiving Block Grants are eligible to apply. Successful applicants may apply once per year to have access to additional support for reading fees for prospective titles to translate, bilingual editing and promotion of the translated works.
